 16 oz ribeye, sous vide, w/ red wine sauce
(fully cooked, will need to be seared and sliced)

Campanelle & Mushroom Ragu 
(8 oz of dried pasta, 8 oz Ragu which will need to be heated)

Carrot & Celery Root Soup w/ Truffle 
(1 pint, will  need to be heated)

Carrot & Celery Root Soup – truffle vinaigrette, roasted carrots & hazelnuts
Carl’s Greens & Burrata – raspberry vinaigrette & pine nuts

Pork Ragu & Saffron Conchiglie – olive
Beet Risotto – chèvre cream & citrus

21 Day Aged Duck Breast – potato & leeks w/ duck sauce
Wood-Roasted Lion’s Mane Mushroom – celery root & cipollini jus

Nutella Gelato
